Welcome! As you will see from the services listed below, I work primarily with individuals online. However, if you are looking for in-person and/or couples counselling, do reach out, as I may be able to accommodate you.
15 min Complementary Call
Therapeutic "fit" is essential. A brief call gives us both an opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of each other before starting to work together.
50 min Individual Virtual Session ($160)
Most therapy sessions are just under an hour. This is what might be a "standard" session in the field.
80 min Individual Virtual Session ($220)
Sometimes, the "standard" session does not seem like enough time, and we can benefit from an extra half hour.
